The top-mount turbo manifold has the characteristic of positioning the turbine above the manifold and in addition to the aggressive look, it benefits from less heat radiated to the wastegate and boost pipes. This turbo position also makes the path of the boost pipes easier, allowing smooth curves and larger diameter pipes.
